	Michael D. Wood
	Mike has been leading executive search firms since 1985. Wood Executive Search has a nationwide client list numbering over 200 organizations representing a wide variety of industrial and functional disciplines. Currently, Mike concentrates on general management and executive-level finance, operations, marketing and sales searches. Prior to his search career, Mike spent fourteen years with The Pillsbury Company beginning in human resources and spending most of his career in marketing and general management. He also spent five years as CEO of a privately held manufacturer of bio-organic consumer and commercial products. Mike has served on a number of corporate and civic boards and is active in the community. He received his M.B.A. with a focus on marketing and finance from the University of Michigan.
